Ocado Technology is seeking an Engineering Technician to maintain the automated Customer Fulfilment Centre in Andover. The Engineering Technician will be the first point of contact for engineering faults, diagnosing and resolving issues to maintain performance. They will also perform planned servicing and repairs, and participate in improvement projects. This role involves working with advanced technology in a fast-paced environment, with a shift pattern supporting a 24/7 operation.

Role involves:

Responding to engineering faults.
Diagnosing and resolving issues.
Carrying out planned servicing and repairs.
Participating in proactive improvement projects.

Requirements:

Technical understanding of automation hardware/software and control systems.
Formal engineering qualification is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work at height using access equipment.
