Presales of Enterprise Solution Sales, Korea

Job Description

Appier is seeking a Presales Consultant to support enterprise solution sales in Korea. The Presales Consultant will combine technical expertise with business acumen to address customer needs through Appier’s AI products. This role involves close collaboration with sales, engineering, product development, and customer success teams.

The role will accurately represent customer needs, mobilize resources to resolve problems, and ensure detailed documentation of product roadmap enhancements. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Appier's products, competitive differentiators, and the Martech/Adtech space.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting customer demos, presentations, and implementation planning (60% of time)
• Providing technical support and product feature evaluation (20% of time)
• Collaborating with internal teams (20% of time)
• Developing innovative solutions using Appier solutions
• Delivering standard and customized presentations of Appier SaaS enterprise AI solutions and Demos
• Managing customer expectations for project success
• Partnering with sales on presentation materials
• Responding to RFPs related to product, integration, delivery, training, security, and regulatory compliance
• Supporting sales and marketing events
• Developing standard solution processes and product support assets

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of enterprise software client-facing presales experience, preferably in SaaS-based offerings in Analytics, DMP, or Marketing systems
• Ability to communicate technical and business concepts to mid/senior management and C-level executives
• Consultative and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivation and ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem
• Solid knowledge in data analytics (e.g., Business Analytics, data warehouse, SQL)
• Proven track record of driving and closing enterprise deals
