WongDoody is seeking a Medior/Senior Digital Creative Concept to work on innovative digital media concepts for dm-drogerie markt, Germany's popular retailer. The role involves developing creative strategies that integrate digital brand presence, new technologies, and user needs. The candidate will bring fresh ideas to the table, from digital campaigning to social media and AI-supported mechanics.

The role requires moderating creative brainstormings, building bridges between ideas and implementation, and supporting data-driven analyses. The candidate will work in interdisciplinary teams, ensuring quality, budget, and timing are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

Role Involves:

• Conceiving innovative, integrated communication and creative ideas for digital media.
• Developing creative strategies that bring together digital brand presences, new technologies, and user needs.
• Bringing fresh ideas to the table and developing them further.
• Moderating and coordinating creative brainstormings in the team.
• Supporting data-based analyses and research.
• Working responsibly and proactively in interdisciplinary teams.
• Accompanying customer projects from the first idea to go-live.

Requirements:

• A degree in film, media, communication design, communication sciences, or a comparable education.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a creative agency or a similarly dynamic, digital environment.
• Solid experience in creative strategy, brand development, or campaigning, ideally with a focus on digital touchpoints.
• Experience in the development of digital brand presences and strategic concepts.
• Interest in AI, new technologies and the desire to experiment with innovative tools.
• Understanding of target groups, user needs and brand behavior.
• Text-safe, strong presentation skills - also in customer appointments.
• Ability to work independently and solution-oriented.
• Hands-on mentality, team spirit and the ability to think "out of the box".
• Very good knowledge of German in spoken and written, good knowledge of English is an advantage.
