Salesforce Solution Architect at Spaulding Ridge

Spaulding Ridge is seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to join their Salesforce Delivery team in North America. The candidate will drive customer engagements by identifying process gaps and implementing solutions across various industries, focusing on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.Responsibilities include:

• Supporting demand generation activities.
• Leading strategic road mapping and solution architecture.
• Overseeing end-to-end delivery and adoption of Salesforce solutions.
• Defining and managing programs to drive Salesforce effectiveness.
• Establishing integrations between Salesforce and Spaulding Ridge’s technology portfolio.
• Performing hands-on configuration of security, data models, and processes.
• Defining metrics and reports to measure process quality.
• Identifying expansion opportunities.
• Mentoring and developing consulting teams.

Qualifications include:

• 6+ years in enterprise Salesforce delivery and solution architecture.
• Hands-on configuration and development skills on the Salesforce platform.
• Salesforce certification in one of the core clouds.
• Ability to lead large, global delivery teams in an Agile environment.
• Outstanding relationship management and strategic planning ability.
• Strong functional/technical background in cloud platforms.
• Demonstrated leadership and team mentoring abilities.
• Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation abilities.
