Principal Growth Product Manager - Mobile Apps

Constant Contact is seeking a Principal Growth Product Manager for Mobile App Growth. In this role, the individual will drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth through innovative strategies centered around the mobile experience. They will collaborate with key stakeholders, optimize mobile app performance, and deliver exceptional value to customers.Role involves:

• Owning and driving the mobile app growth roadmap.
• Applying knowledge of paid and organic acquisition strategies.
• Leading the strategy and execution for in-app subscriptions and payment systems.
• Partnering with design and engineering teams.
• Coordinating with sales and support teams.
• Analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Running A/B tests and experiments.
• Mentoring junior product managers.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of product management experience.
• 4+ years focused on mobile app growth and monetization.
• Experience with iOS and/or Android platforms.
• Proven track record of driving growth in mobile app metrics.
• Deep knowledge of paid and organic acquisition channels.
• Understanding of acquisition metrics and ROI analysis.
• Experience with product analytics tools.
• Expertise in developing in-app subscription models.
• Strong understanding of mobile app design principles.
• Excellent cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in agile product development methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
