This role is the primary point of contact for customers, assisting them in regaining control of their payment processes and providing insights into the FX market. The successful candidate will help clients understand currencies, rates, hedging, and efficient implementation strategies to reduce risks and build trust.Role involves:
- Acting as a sparring partner and managing various tasks.
- Serving as the main point of contact for customers.
- Managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to onboarding.
- Building a strong network and knowledge of the FX market.
- Managing client relationships via telephone and CRM.
Requirements:
- Affinity with the financial sector and the FX market.
- 1-2 years of relevant sales experience.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business or Finance.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong communication skills and business acumen.
- Strong analytical skills.
