iBanFirst is seeking a Junior FX Sales representative to join their team in Sofia, Bulgaria. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, supporting them in understanding the FX market and taking control of their payment processes. This role involves building strong relationships with clients, providing insights into exchange rates, and translating iBanFirst's products into the best possible solutions for their needs.
- Acting as a sparring partner for clients
- Managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to onboarding
- Building a strong network and knowledge of the FX market
- Managing client relationships via telephone and CRM
- Affinity with the financial sector and the FX market
- 1-2 years of relevant sales experience
- Bachelor's/Master's in Business or Finance
- Fluency in English
- Good communication skills and business acumen
- Strong analytical skills
