Team Lead Accounting and Finance (m/f/d) at LeasingMarkt.de

AutoScout24 is seeking a Team Lead Accounting & Finance to manage financial processes and reporting for Leasingmarkt.de and AutoScout24 AT. The role involves active controlling within the DEAT region's finance organization, ensuring efficient financial management.

Responsibilities:

• Leading a team of 2–3 accountants.
• Overseeing accounting and preparing monthly and annual financial statements according to HGB and IFRS.
• Coordinating and optimizing financial processes with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensuring correct management of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger.
• Ensuring compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
• Developing and digitizing accounting processes.
• Creating and analyzing financial reports and forecasts.
• Developing and optimizing KPIs for financial management.
• Conducting variance analyses and providing recommendations to management.
• Establishing and developing internal controls and processes.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration/Finance/Accounting or qualification as a certified accountant.
• Several years of experience in accounting and/or controlling, with leadership experience being a plus.
• Proficiency in HGB and IFRS, with knowledge of tax regulations.
• Experience with ERP systems and reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical skills and a structured approach to work.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluency in German and solid English skills.
