Poka is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join their team and contribute to transforming how global manufacturers operate. The role involves being on the frontlines of Poka's mission, connecting with high-value prospects, and building a qualified pipeline. What this role involves:
  • Driving outbound outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn) to strategic accounts and MQLs
  • Qualifying leads and securing meetings with key decision-makers
  • Collaborating with Account Executives to develop account strategies
  • Hitting weekly activity targets and pipeline contribution goals
  • Managing day-to-day tasks using tools like Salesforce and Outreach
  • Contributing ideas to improve SDR messaging, outreach, and process

Requirements:
  • 1+ year of B2B sales experience, ideally in software/SaaS
  • Strong written & spoken communication skills in English (French is a plus)
  • A curious mind and a drive to master the platform
  • Comfort with cold outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Empathy and adaptability in tailoring approach to conversations
  • A self-starter mindset and appetite for growth
  • Comfort with sales tools like Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Bonus: Experience with buyer intent tools like 6Sense
