Poka is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join their team and drive sales of their connected worker platform. Poka's platform empowers frontline workers in manufacturing to share knowledge, collaborate, and drive continuous improvement. The company's clients include global leaders like Nestlé, Bosch, Kraft, and Danone.
The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for outbound outreach, qualifying leads, and securing meetings with key decision-makers. The role involves collaborating with Account Executives to develop account strategies and contributing ideas to improve SDR messaging and processes.
What this role involves:
- Driving outbound outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn) to strategic accounts and MQLs
- Qualifying leads and securing meetings with key decision-makers
- Collaborating with Account Executives to develop account strategies
- Hitting weekly activity targets and pipeline contribution goals
- Managing day-to-day tasks using tools like Salesforce and Outreach
- Contributing ideas to improve SDR messaging, outreach, and process
Requirements:
- 1+ year of B2B sales experience, ideally in software/SaaS
- Strong written & spoken communication skills in English (French is a plus)
- A curious mind and a drive to master the platform
- Comfort with cold outreach
- Empathy and adaptability
- A self-starter mindset and appetite for growth
- Comfort with sales tools like Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Bonus: Experience with buyer intent tools like 6Sense
