Momence is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business in the SMB space within Australia. This role involves managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to closing deals. The Account Executive will conduct product demonstrations and consultative selling to prospective customers, with a quota based on net Annual Recurring Revenue (nARR).
Responsibilities: - Generate new business through the complete sales cycle.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations via screen share.
- Prospect via cold calls and strategic email outreach.
- Educate and consult prospects on how Momence can help grow their business.
- Identify influencers and decision makers within target organizations.
- Manage sales activities, opportunities, and account information in our CRM (Hubspot).
Requirements: - 2+ years of closing experience in software sales.
- 1+ years of experience selling into small businesses.
- 1+ years of experience with inside sales, particularly running live demos via screen share.
- 2+ years of outbound sales experience.
- Consultative selling approach.
- Strong understanding of the Australian market.
