Compliance & Risk Control Intern at AlphaGrep Securities

AlphaGrep, a quantitative trading and investment firm, is seeking a Compliance & Risk Control Intern to join their team in Shanghai. The intern will assist the Compliance & Risk Control Department in daily tasks and contribute to the development of compliance operations and risk control systems.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with daily compliance checks and document verification/filing.
• Participating in the development and optimization of compliance operations and risk control systems.
• Conducting research on the compliance of algorithmic trading.
• Supporting the preliminary review of legal documents.
• Completing other compliance, legal, or operations-related tasks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Law, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
• Basic understanding of or strong interest in the private fund industry, quantitative trading, or asset management.
• Strong logical thinking, written communication, and learning abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and a good team player with solid communication skills.
