Ashfield MedComms, as part of Inizio Medical, is seeking a Project Assistant to support Client Services teams with financial management of accounts. The Project Assistant will be responsible for data entry, preparing financial reports, managing budgets, and liaising with Finance for invoicing.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting Client Services teams with financial management.
- Performing data entry for financial inputs.
- Preparing and cascading financial reports.
- Updating and managing financial tracking for accounts.
- Liaising with other business areas including Finance.
- Creating new projects and updating project budgets.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or support function role.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrable prioritization and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong relationship management and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
