Sound Agriculture is seeking two Senior Technical & Commercial Representatives (RTV) in Argentina's "Corn Belt". One position is in the Pergamino area, and the other is between Río Cuarto, Laboulaye, and Venado Tuerto. These roles will be field-based for 3–4 days a week.As a Senior Technical & Commercial RTV, the individual will lead the introduction of SOURCE in Argentina by building relationships with large, progressive growers. They will drive early adoption through sales, commercial trials, and field support, owning the grower journey from first contact to long-term success. The role also involves identifying and onboarding high-quality distributors, establishing a strong local channel aligned with Sound Agriculture's standards and vision.
Responsibilities: - Identify and activate top-tier growers and build strong, trust-based relationships.
- Identify, open, and activate high-quality dealers aligned with Sound Agriculture's standards.
- Maintain a strong on-farm presence and lead commercial sales and trials.
- Train dealers on SOURCE performance, technical positioning, and guarantee programs.
- Represent Sound Agriculture in-field, supporting technical positioning and validating agronomic performance.
- Run field days, co-selling, and events to increase awareness and generate demand.
- Forecast territory performance and manage CRM discipline in Salesforce.
- Coordinate with internal teams to accelerate adoption and deliver customer value.
- Own territory budgets, plans, and commercial execution with full accountability.
- Manage selling expenses, operational budgets, and local marketing funds.
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in agronomic field sales, including account management and technical advisory roles.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Experience selling new technologies that create markets.
- Strong track record engaging large, progressive growers and navigating complex sales cycles.
- Demonstrated success in business development.
- Skilled in customer support and retention.
- Hands-on experience with field validation.
- Familiarity with regional ag markets (Córdoba, Santa Fe, Buenos Aires) and strong grower/dealer relationships.
- Strong working knowledge in CRM (Salesforce), digital ag tools (FieldView, Ops Center), and data tracking.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in Spanish (native); professional working proficiency in English strongly preferred.
