Accountant, Temporary at Pismo

Pismo is seeking a temporary Accountant to ensure the execution of accounting routines in accordance with legal requirements and internal standards. This is a 1-year contract position. The Accountant will play a crucial role in preparing trial balances and balance sheets, complying with internal audits, and supporting various financial and tax-related activities.

What this role involves:

• Experience with P&L and cost center analysis.
• Strong background in monthly reconciliations and financial closings.
• Preparing and reporting annual Financial Statements for external audit.
• Controlling and accounting for intercompany eliminations.
• Balance Sheet analysis and consolidation processes.
• Analysis and control of permanent investments and corporate operations.
• Ensuring accurate and timely SPED/ECF reporting.
• Providing comprehensive support to external audits.
• Supporting Tax teams in the calculation of IRPJ/CSLL and deferred taxes.
• Supporting in tax calculation and reporting of tax obligations.
• Understanding and application of CPCs and IFRS standards.

Requirements:

• Advanced in written and spoken English.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Bachelor’s degree completed in Accounting.
• Certification in Accounting (CRC) - desirable.
