The Materials Developer will collaborate closely with design, development, and production teams to research, test, and develop new materials that meet Bellroy's sustainability and performance standards. The role involves managing projects from concept to completion, tracking progress, and engaging stakeholders as needed.

Role Involves:

• Researching and developing new textiles, leathers, trims, and hardware.
• Collaborating with design, development, and production teams.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years’ experience in a softgoods environment.
• Technical knowledge of materials.
• Experience working with vendors.
• Strong organizational and process-driven skills.
