Sony Music Entertainment France is seeking a Juriste Généraliste (H/F) for an apprenticeship within the legal department's general secretariat. This role involves various legal tasks and offers exposure to different areas of law.
Responsibilities include:
- Validating and drafting contracts (services, IT, etc.)
- Drafting various agreements and corporate documents
- Writing rules for contests
- Conducting legal research on various issues, memos, and legal notes
- Searching for trademark precedents
- Translating documents from the international department and drafting notes and emails in English (depending on English proficiency)
- Drafting formal notices, pre-litigation, and litigation letters
- Participating in the service's activities in areas such as literary and artistic property, commercial law, consumer law, corporate law, personal data, and intra-group compliance
- Archiving
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Master 2 in General Private Law or Business Law
- Rigorous, organized, and autonomous
- Good interpersonal and writing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel)
- Fluent in English
