Cordros Asset Management Limited is seeking a Head of Institutional Sales to grow the local institutional investors' clientele base. The role involves prospecting and signing on new clients, managing existing relationships, and generating income from sales of products and services.
  • Providing investment advice and selling company services and products.
  • Formulating investment opinions and disseminating research reports.
  • Onboarding local institutional clients in various sectors.
  • Providing expert opinion to media, investors, and prospects.
  • Identifying opportunities and developing relationships with local institutional investors.
  • Leading new business meetings and closing sales.
  • Developing and executing relationship management initiatives.
  • Assisting in the development and launching of new products.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Marketing, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience, with 5 years in a similar role and 3 years in a Management Position.
  • Sound knowledge of the capital market/industry.
  • Customer-focused and oriented.
  • Advanced problem-solving and analysis skills.
  • Superior communication skills.
