Chief of Staff / Program Manager

Job Description

Altos Labs is seeking a Chief of Staff/Program Manager to join their team. This role will work closely with the Institute of Technology (IoT) and Portfolio Operations and Projects (PoP) leadership teams to support efficiency and productivity of programs and strategic initiatives.Responsibilities:

• Provide program management on key operational initiatives.
• Assist with business operations of the IoT and Portfolio Operations and Projects group.
• Provide senior-level advising and project leadership.
• Lead and manage critical projects, communicating status to stakeholders.
• Help establish a great company culture.
• Maintain accountability for on-time delivery of commitments.
• Identify and recommend internal/external resources for project completion.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of relevant experience in project management in biotech/life sciences.
• Strong judgment and autonomy.
• Excellent time and project management skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interdepartmental collaboration and communication skills.
