BEES, a B2B e-commerce and SaaS platform, is expanding its team in APAC and seeking a Key Account Manager to help global partners unlock the platform’s full potential. The Key Account Manager will lead end-to-end partner transformations and product deployments, reporting directly to the Partner Implementation Lead.
Role Involves:
- Leading end-to-end partner transformations for up to 2 partners at a time.
- Monitoring and reviewing project activities to ensure target achievements.
- Leading a business transformation team and coordinating cross-functional support.
- Delivering BEES commercial results in line with financial KPIs.
- Managing relationships with partner's commercial leadership team.
- Negotiating contracts with key partners and meeting deadlines.
- Driving partner NPS score to align with global average.
- Delivering budget for each assigned country.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a key account manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and metrics.
- Deep understanding of business operations and processes.
