AB InBev is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) for BEES in Thailand. BEES is a B2B e-commerce and SaaS platform that aims to empower small and medium-sized retailers. The Technical Account Manager will be the main technical point of contact for partners using the BEES system in expansion markets.

The Technical Account Manager will ensure smooth product implementation, resolve technical issues, and work with Key Account Managers (KAMs) to address technical needs.

Role Involves:

  • Ensuring timely and accurate deployment of BEES systems to partners.
  • Providing technical assistance to Key Account Managers (KAMs) and partners.
  • Troubleshooting BEES product issues and managing complaints.
  • Offering product expertise and guidance.
  • Monitoring the functionality of deployed equipment.
  • Maintaining and updating partner technical roadmaps and priorities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Experience in project management and stakeholder coordination.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a client-centric approach.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders across different countries (LATAM experience is a plus).
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills (Spanish proficiency is an advantage).
