Technical Account Manager at AB InBev Growth Group

AB InBev is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) for BEES in Malaysia. The TAM will be the main technical contact for partners using the BEES system in expansion markets. The role focuses on ensuring smooth product implementation, resolving technical issues, and working with Key Account Managers (KAMs) to address technical needs.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and accurate deployment of BEES systems to partners.
• Provide technical assistance to Key Account Managers (KAMs) and partners.
• Troubleshoot BEES product issues and manage complaints.
• Offer product expertise and guidance.
• Monitor the functionality of deployed equipment.
• Maintain and update partner technical roadmaps and priorities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience in project management and stakeholder coordination.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a client-centric approach.
• Ability to manage stakeholders across different countries (LATAM experience is a plus).
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills (Spanish proficiency is an advantage).
