Product Owner at Glooko

Glooko is seeking a Product Owner to join its international engineering team in Gothenburg. The Product Owner will act as the customer proxy, liaising between the business and the Agile team, ensuring alignment with PI Objectives and Iteration goals. They will also facilitate communication between the Agile team and the business through story development and Iteration reviews.

Responsibilities include:

• Acting as the product owner on Glooko’s Atlas Value Stream, focusing on device and cloud integrations.
• Ensuring the team is aligned with PI Objectives and Iteration goals.
• Answering questions and clarifying stories for the team.
• Attending daily stand-up meetings.
• Accepting or rejecting completed stories and Enablers.
• Removing or escalating obstacles to Product Management.
• Verifying story format and acceptance criteria.
• Conducting Iteration reviews and participating in System Demos.
• Decomposing stories and Enablers into small increments.

Requirements:

• BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar field.
• 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar leadership role.
• Technical background with knowledge of software development and web technologies.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Scaled Agile (SAFe) is a plus.
• Experience with ISO 13485 and IEC 62304 is an advantage.
