Sterlington, an international law firm, is seeking a Senior Financial Modelling & Investment Analyst to join their team. The candidate will work closely with the Managing Partner and Corporate Partners, playing a crucial role in building financial frameworks and assessing deal value and risk. This ensures that the Partner team and clients make data-led decisions, supporting decision-making and driving the firm’s growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis.
  • Provide insights on equity returns and market conditions.
  • Analyze the impact of interest rate environments.
  • Support the firm's executive compensation practice.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership.
  • Monitor and analyze industry trends.
  • Provide ongoing financial reporting.
  • Work closely with global teams.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a financial or statistical modeling role.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial modelling software.
  • In-depth knowledge of equity returns and economics.
  • Familiarity with executive compensation structures.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial information.
  • Highly analytical with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
