The candidate will work closely with the Managing Partner and Corporate Partners, playing a crucial role in building financial frameworks and assessing deal value and risk. This ensures that the Partner team and clients make data-led decisions, supporting decision-making and driving the firm’s growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis.
- Provide insights on equity returns and market conditions.
- Analyze the impact of interest rate environments.
- Support the firm's executive compensation practice.
- Collaborate with senior leadership.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends.
- Provide ongoing financial reporting.
- Work closely with global teams.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a financial or statistical modeling role.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial modelling software.
- In-depth knowledge of equity returns and economics.
- Familiarity with executive compensation structures.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information.
- Highly analytical with exceptional attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
