Sterlington, an international law firm, is seeking a Senior Financial Modelling & Investment Analyst to join their team. This role involves working closely with the Managing Partner and Corporate Partners to build financial frameworks and assess deal value and risk, ensuring data-led decisions.Responsibilities include:
  • Developing and maintaining financial models.
  • Conducting in-depth financial analysis.
  • Providing insights on equity returns and market conditions.
  • Analyzing the impact of interest rate environments.
  • Supporting the firm's executive compensation practice.
  • Collaborating with senior leadership.

Qualifications and skills include:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a financial or statistical modeling role.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial modelling software.
  • In-depth knowledge of equity returns and economics.
  • Familiarity with executive compensation structures.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial information.
  • Highly analytical with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
