Niantic is seeking a Live Game Producer to work on Pokémon GO in their Tokyo office. The Live Game Producer will collaborate with a cross-functional team to drive the game's live game strategy, supporting quarterly and annual plans aligned with OKRs, seasons, live events, and business objectives. The producer will break down multifaceted issues into workable components, partner with QA to ensure events are properly tested, and build strong relationships with brand partners.
- Collaborating with a cross-functional team to drive Pokémon GO’s Live Game strategy.
- Supporting quarterly/annual Pokémon GO Live Game aligned to OKRs, seasons, live events and business objectives.
- Breaking down multifaceted issues into workable components to guide project plans.
- Partnering with QA to ensure events are properly set up and thoroughly tested.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with brand partners.
- Engaging with team leadership to keep them apprised of project performance.
Requirements: - 2+ years experience producing a live service mobile game.
- Experience collaborating on the growth of a live product or service.
- Demonstrated organization, communication, detail-oriented, and leadership skills.
- Interest in AR and mobile games.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hybrid environment.
- Experience working on cross-functional teams.
- Love for Pokémon GO.
- Willingness to travel.
- Fluency in Japanese and English.
