Uniswap Labs is seeking a User Acquisition Manager to drive growth through paid acquisition strategies across various channels. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, highly organized, and passionate about web3. This role involves collaborating with performance contractors, product, and design teams to execute campaigns, secure strategic placements, and explore new channels like influencer and affiliate marketing. The User Acquisition Manager will also be responsible for delivering weekly reporting and insights, contributing creative ideas, and shaping the go-to-market playbook for Uniswap's products.Responsibilities include:
- Owning performance marketing strategy across paid channels.
- Partnering with contractors to optimize campaigns and creatives.
- Leading end-to-end project management for acquisition channels.
- Launching new acquisition channels like influencers & affiliates.
- Planning and executing bookable media placements.
- Delivering in-depth weekly reporting & analysis.
- Contributing to Go-To-Market channel strategy.
Requirements include:
- 5 years of marketing experience with technical B2C products.
- Strong background in performance marketing.
- Passion for crypto, DeFi, and Web3.
- Clear written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Experience with A/B & multivariate testing.
- Understanding of product & marketing KPIs.
