The Digital Service of the Federal Government is seeking a Senior Systems Architect to contribute to the development and establishment of nationwide interoperability standards. The role involves shaping the future of digital administration through digitalization projects.
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing and evaluating national and EU-wide interoperability standards.
- Developing solutions and recommendations in collaboration with experts.
- Standardizing technical and semantic standards with various administrative units.
- Documenting project results and providing technical support for regulations and governance structures.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in analyzing IT landscapes and designing scalable structures for interoperability.
- Skills in Domain-Driven Design (DDD) for defining Bounded Contexts.
- Experience in API design and governance (REST, GraphQL).
- Knowledge of structured data flows and semantic harmonization.
- Ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in German (C1 level) and English.
