Exact Sales is seeking a BackOffice Assistant to support the Implementation area. This role is exclusive to people with disabilities. The BackOffice Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Implementation area by organizing processes, updating reports, and maintaining internal controls. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, basic to intermediate knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets, and excellent organizational and communication skills.
The Implementation area is responsible for ensuring that clients start using Exact Spotter in the best way possible, generating value from the beginning. The team monitors the first steps of clients with the tool and therefore needs a well-structured and organized information base.
