Art Outsourcing Manager at Anchor Point

Anchor Point Studios, a NetEase Games studio, is seeking an Art Outsourcing Manager to join their team in Barcelona. The ideal candidate will have a passion for game development and experience managing stylized projects.

The Art Outsourcing Manager will work closely with the director team, producers, and art leads to establish an efficient pipeline for art asset production. They will be responsible for delivering timely artistic feedback and overseeing quality control towards outsourcing development.

What you'll bring:

• 3+ years of experience as an art content Outsource Manager
• Comprehensive knowledge of latest development tool and software packages
• Strong knowledge of asset workflows for various types of a stylized game assets
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• A proactive and solution focused attitude
• Experience using Jira
