Firesprite, a game development studio, is seeking an HR Administrator for a 12-month contract. The HR Administrator will be the first point of contact for employees, handling HR-related queries and administration, maintaining the HR Management system, and streamlining administrative processes.
- Forming and maintaining HR records within the HRMS.
- Acting as the initial point of contact for all staff.
- Managing end-to-end employee lifecycle administration tasks.
- Updating and handling sickness-related queries.
- Preparing HR documentation.
- Managing new starter probation periods.
- Managing the HR inbox.
- Administering benefit programs and schemes.
- Taking notes at HR-related meetings.
- Reporting on HR metrics.
- Handling ad hoc HR and administration tasks.
- Experienced HR Administrator, preferably within a shared service department.
- CIPD qualification level 3 upwards (desirable).
- Experience using an HR software system, preferably Workday.
- Computer literate with programmes such as Word, Excel, etc.
- Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritise with excellent attention to detail.
- High degree of confidentiality & trustworthiness.
