Job Description
Groupon is seeking a passionate and adaptable Short Video & Visual Designer to join its fast-paced marketing team. This role involves creating and producing both video and static campaign assets for multiple platforms, such as web, apps, email, and paid ads, while collaborating with a talented and diverse team. The ideal candidate will be a specialist in short-form social media video, with the ability to support the team with static design assets, working from existing templates or developing new creative concepts.
Role involves:
- Designing and producing creative short-form video assets optimized for social platforms.
- Creating static design concepts and campaign assets for web, app, email, and social media.
- Developing engaging content that aligns with platform trends and audience engagement strategies.
- Collaborating with marketers, channel leads, and designers to deliver high-quality visual storytelling.
- Staying on top of social media trends and applying best practices in mobile-first video creation and motion graphics.
- Using AI tools to enhance ideation and speed up content production.
- Applying feedback promptly and iterating on designs to meet quality standards and tight deadlines.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in video production, editing, and motion graphics.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Proficient in Photoshop to create high-quality static assets efficiently.
- Experience with mobile editing tools and design platforms like Canva.
- Proven ability to create high-performing content tailored for different platforms and formats.
- Excellent storytelling skills with a strong eye for pacing, music, and visual engagement.

- A proactive attitude, excellent teamwork skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in English is required.
