Intern (gn) Business Development Analytics at The Quality Group GmbH

The Quality Group (TQG) is seeking a Junior Business Development Analyst Intern to support the B2B Commercial Business Development & Steering team. The intern will provide data-driven analysis and strategic insights, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to steer commercial growth and ensure performance transparency.

Role Involves:

• Weekly business performance reporting (sell-in, sell-out, KPIs)
• Analyzing demand plan changes and forecast adjustments
• Conducting promo effectiveness and ad-hoc analyses
• Supporting monthly business reviews with Key Account Management

Requirements:

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Initial professional experience in an analytical or business development role
• Strong analytical skills and enjoys working with complex data
• Solid knowledge of Excel
• Structured yet flexible working style
• Fluent in English; German skills are a plus
