Job Description

Talkdesk is seeking a Recruiting Contractor to support its Product & Engineering teams in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will manage the full-cycle talent acquisition process, ensuring a positive candidate experience. This role involves partnering with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition team members to identify key requirements for each role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full cycle Talent Acquisition process
• Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition team members
• Develop and maintain a talent pipeline
• Conduct application screening, phone calls, and interviews
• Manage the offer process and conduct reference checks
• Keep candidates and Talkdesk team members informed
• Maintain data accuracy within the ATS
• Facilitate hiring discussions
• Develop strong relationships with candidates

Requirements:

• BA/BS degree
• 2+ years of progressive recruiting experience
• Experience negotiating complex compensation packages
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven organizational skills
• Ability to take initiative and build strong relationships
• Strong work ethic, integrity, and personal accountability
