Talkdesk is seeking a Recruiting Contractor to support its Product & Engineering teams in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will manage the full-cycle talent acquisition process, ensuring a positive candidate experience. This role involves partnering with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition team members to identify key requirements for each role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full cycle Talent Acquisition process
- Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition team members
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline
- Conduct application screening, phone calls, and interviews
- Manage the offer process and conduct reference checks
- Keep candidates and Talkdesk team members informed
- Maintain data accuracy within the ATS
- Facilitate hiring discussions
- Develop strong relationships with candidates
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree
- 2+ years of progressive recruiting experience
- Experience negotiating complex compensation packages
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven organizational skills
- Ability to take initiative and build strong relationships
- Strong work ethic, integrity, and personal accountability
