Sales Associate/Stylist

Job Description

Club Monaco is seeking a Sales Associate/Stylist in Boston, MA. The Stylist will focus on achieving sales goals by delivering excellent customer service and applying sales techniques. They will also support store operations and maintain visual standards.

Responsibilities:

• Maximize personal sales and provide excellent customer service.
• Demonstrate product versatility and communicate feedback to managers.
• Process transactions and handle fitting room assistance.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Assist with visual presentation, store maintenance, and merchandising activities.
• Support asset protection and adhere to company policies.
