The Head of Sales Operations will be responsible for designing systems, driving process improvements, and managing analytics to optimize sales performance. This is a full-time position based in NYC, requiring in-person work 3-4 days a week.

The ideal candidate should have: - 7+ years of experience, including 3+ years in Sales or Revenue Operations at a high-growth startup.
- Experience in building sales ops functions, including quota setting, comp design, territory planning, and performance analytics.
- Fluency in Salesforce and other sales tech tools.
- Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills.
