Loyal is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to drive growth and brand awareness. The Demand Generation Manager will collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop and implement demand generation strategies. This role requires expertise in lead generation, digital marketing, and campaign management.
Responsibilities:
- Own the lead generation process, including identifying and qualifying leads.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align lead generation efforts with sales goals.
- Develop and implement lead and demand generation strategies across multiple channels.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, leveraging data and insights.
- Oversee the management and optimization of marketing automation tools.
- Develop compelling content and campaigns targeting key decision-makers in healthcare organizations.
- Report on pipeline-building metrics and forecast.
- Identify process automation and optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with Marketing to ensure proper lead management processes, metrics, and policies.
- Maintain data integrity in Salesforce.com and other systems.
- Develop best practices that align sales data quality with company initiatives.
Requirements:
- Five years of demand/lead generation experience.
- Two years of experience using Salesforce.
- Experience working within a software-as-a-service (SaaS) company is preferred.
- Experience with the healthcare industry is preferred.
- Experience working within a high growth and/or ambiguous environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
