Float Primary Care Physician in Asheville, NC.

Hopscotch Primary Care is seeking a Float Primary Care Physician to provide high-quality care to patients in Western North Carolina. This role involves supporting various Hopscotch locations through both on-site and telehealth responsibilities, requiring travel. The physician will lead clinic teams, ensure exceptional patient experiences, and champion the Hopscotch Care Model.

Role Involves:

Providing high-quality patient care in an interdisciplinary model.
Outperforming target metrics, including patient experience and cost of care.
Overseeing the clinical care team, including Advanced Practitioners and Medical Assistants.
Delivering comprehensive primary care services, including office and telehealth visits.
Developing trust with patients and caregivers.

Requirements:

3+ years of post-Residency experience.
Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
Active, non-probationary North Carolina state medical license.
Authorization to work in the US.
Experience with value-based care models and the Medicare population is a plus.
