Associate Manager, Business Solutions and Delivery at Bosa Properties Inc.

Bosa Properties is seeking an Associate Manager, Business Solutions and Delivery to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams. This role focuses on enhancing customer platforms and supporting Sales, Marketing, and Customer Care teams.He/she will report to the Director, Product Management.

• Gathering and analyzing business requirements
• Creating process maps and performing gap analysis
• Developing and managing project plans
• Tracking project progress and addressing potential issues
• Monitoring user feedback and identifying improvement opportunities
• Prioritizing operational requests
• Ensuring adherence to Agile methodologies
• Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in a business analysis role
• Experience with customer platforms (CRM, web systems, customer care systems)
• Strong understanding of business analysis and project management frameworks
• Experience working with agile or scrum methodologies
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
