Mid Frontend Developer at Delasport

Delasport is seeking a Mid Frontend Developer to join their team in Sofia, Bulgaria. The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining user-facing features using modern JavaScript frameworks. The role involves collaborating with backend developers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality features.

Role involves:

• Developing and maintaining user-facing features using modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Translating UI/UX design wireframes into responsive, pixel-perfect code.
• Optimizing applications for maximum speed, performance, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Collaborating with backend developers, designers, and product managers.
• Writing clean, reusable, and well-documented code.
• Participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback.
• Debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving issues.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest frontend trends and technologies.
• Contributing to improving internal development processes and tooling.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of professional experience in frontend development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 and SCSS.
• Hands-on experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as Vue.js, React, or Angular.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating frontend with backend services.
• Solid understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Knowledge of build tools (e.g., Webpack, Vite, npm/yarn).
• Experience with component-based architecture and state management (e.g., Vuex, Pinia, Redux).
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
• Good understanding of web performance optimization techniques.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
