Affiliate Marketing Manager

Job Description

Delasport, a leading iGaming software provider, is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Manager to join their team in Sofia, Bulgaria. The Affiliate Marketing Manager will play a key role in driving the success of Delasport’s affiliate marketing program. He will be part of a team of 4–5 Affiliate Specialists, nurture impactful partnerships, and lead data-driven strategies to drive acquisition and profitability.Role involves:

• Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with new and existing affiliate partners
• Designing and executing innovative strategies to boost acquisition, retention, and ROI
• Analyzing performance metrics and provide actionable insights to continuously improve results
• Leading negotiations with partners to secure fair, beneficial terms
• Ensuring compliance with all regulations and company standards
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing, finance, and product
• Staying on top of affiliate trends, tools, and innovations—especially in the iGaming space

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, in the online gambling industry
• Understanding of industry regulations and affiliate compliance requirements
• Analytical and results-oriented mindset
• Confident negotiator and relationship builder
• Familiarity with affiliate tools and platforms
• Clear and effective communication skills
• Team player attitude
