Arcesium is seeking a Talent Development Manager to join their Human Capital team in Hyderabad. The role involves deploying talent development strategies, collaborating with stakeholders, and building relevant skills and capabilities across the global firm. The Talent Development Manager will work closely with senior stakeholders, leaders, and business partners to identify skill gaps and implement effective learning solutions.
Responsibilities: - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address critical skill gaps.
- Measure and demonstrate the effectiveness of initiatives by tracking key metrics and analyzing data.
- Ensure relevant data, metrics, and insights are available to stakeholders.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
- Bring innovative solutions to HC based on industry trends and creative approaches.
- Promote and partner to build a culture of continuous learning within the organization.
- Identify opportunities to promote efficiency through cross-functional and special projects.
Requirements: - 5-7 years of progressive experience in a Talent Development role.
- Strong work ethic with a high sense of goal execution and results orientation.
- Strong team leadership skills.
- Ability to coach and advise to help people grow and develop.
- Exposure to tools, practices, and development frameworks.
- Passion for research and data.
