CloudKitchens is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to support its New York City operations. The company aims to help restaurateurs succeed in online food delivery by transforming underutilized properties into smart kitchens.

The Maintenance Technician I will be responsible for performing repairs and refurbishments across multiple local facilities. This role involves a blend of daily site work and remote work within the Greater New York Area.

Responsibilities:

• Performing repairs and refurbishments, including drywall patching, painting, tiling, and basic masonry.
• Handling shelving and wall-mounted equipment repairs.
• Addressing floor repairs and exterior maintenance (roofs, gutters, landscape).
• Conducting basic planned preventative maintenance and repairs on building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).

Requirements:

• 2+ years of handyman/craftsman experience.
• Ability to perform basic repair and remediation on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Willingness to learn and advance in a fast-paced environment.
