Front Office Pricing Engineer at Capstone Investment Advisors

Capstone Investment Advisors is seeking a highly motivated Front Office Pricing Engineer to join their team in London. The successful candidate will contribute to the firm's state-of-the-art cross-asset risk & trading platform, empowering risk management and decision-making across global investment teams. This role involves developing the firm’s global pricing technology and working closely with investment teams to deliver intuitive solutions. The engineer will collaborate with other skilled engineers to tackle complex technical challenges and will have exposure to various areas of the hedge fund.

• Contributing to the state-of-the-art cross-asset risk & trading platform
• Developing the firm’s global pricing technology
• Working closely with investment teams to deliver intuitive solutions
• Collaborating with other highly skilled engineers

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
• Experience building production level software in Java and Python
• Experience working with at least one financial asset class
• Basic experience with SQL
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Collaborative team player with strong verbal communication skills and experience working with stakeholders
• 5+ years working experience in the financial industry (buy or sell side)
