Covera Health is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage the full-cycle recruiting process for various roles, particularly within clinical operations, provider engagement, and population health. The ideal candidate will collaborate with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and inclusive hiring experience.
The role involves:
- Owning the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to offer.
- Building strong partnerships with hiring managers.
- Using recruiting data to guide decision-making.
- Managing candidate pipelines and communications.
- Sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
Requirements include:
- 3-5 years of full cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in health tech.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred).
- Proven ability to source and engage passive talent.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
