Technical Adoption Engineer (ACE)

Job Description

Domo is seeking a Technical Adoption Engineer to provide a white-glove experience for its growing clients. This role focuses on teaching and empowering clients to leverage the full capabilities of the Domo platform to meet their business objectives. The Technical Adoption Engineer acts as a trusted advisor, providing customized, hands-on enablement that ensures long-term success with Domo.

The role involves:

• Partnering with clients to understand their specific needs and objectives with Domo.
• Delivering custom, hands-on enablement tailored to client use cases, industry challenges, and team skill levels.
• Acting as a technical mentor, guiding clients through best practices, advanced configurations, and scalable solutions.
• Providing deep expertise on Domo’s full suite of capabilities, including data integration, visualization, automation, application capabilities, and AI-powered insights.
• Driving client independence by equipping users with the knowledge and confidence to manage and optimize their Domo environments.
• Gathering client feedback and insights to inform product improvements and enhance training resources.

Requirements:

• Ability to creatively problem-solve in real-time, adapting to different learning styles and business needs.
• Extensive hands-on experience with the Domo platform, including deep technical knowledge of data integration, ETL, dashboards, and automation.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into practical, actionable guidance.
• Experience working with enterprise clients and understanding their unique data and analytics challenges.
• Strong background in teaching, consulting, or technical enablement, with a passion for educating customers.
