Freelance Content Manager at MoCaFi (Mobility Capital Finance, Inc)

MoCaFi is seeking a Freelance Content Manager to amplify its brand's voice across social media platforms. The Freelance Content Manager will play a key role in leveraging MoCaFi’s content on TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms. This position requires someone with a passion for storytelling, content strategy, and social media trends. They will work directly with the Content and Community Manager to develop engaging content that drives awareness and community engagement. As an integral part of the Marketing team, this role will report to the Creative Director.

• Curate, repurpose, and manage MoCaFi’s digital content for social platforms.
• Write compelling copy for posts, captions, and micro-blogs that align with MoCaFi’s mission and tone.
• Design simple social media graphics using Canva, Adobe Express, or similar tools.
• Help develop and execute a TikTok and Instagram Reels strategy, keeping up with trends and best practices.
• Monitor social engagement and performance analytics to optimize content strategy.
• Work with the Graphic Design Assistant to ensure cohesive branding across all platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, financial literacy content, and fintech marketing best practices.

• Strong writing skills with a clear, engaging, and brand-aligned voice.
• Experience using TikTok, Instagram Reels, and LinkedIn for brand storytelling.
• Some proficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for simple content creation.
• Ability to analyze and interpret social media analytics to improve engagement.
• Interest in financial empowerment and community-driven storytelling (Bonus).
