Freelance Junior Designer at MoCaFi (Mobility Capital Finance, Inc)

MoCaFi is seeking a Freelance Junior Designer to support their creative team on a project basis. This is a remote opportunity ideal for a motivated and detail-oriented emerging designer. The role involves collaborating with the Creative Director to execute visual assets across digital platforms, shaping the brand identity, and supporting social media content, email design, marketing materials, and product visuals.MoCaFi is committed to building a financial services platform that helps America’s marginalized communities create wealth through better access to public, private, and social capital.Responsibilities:

• Design social media graphics, email assets, web banners, and marketing collateral.
• Work in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and Canva.
• Support development of branded presentations, documents, and light motion/video graphics (if skilled).
• Collaborate with the Creative Director and marketing team.
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and maintain organized design files.
• Assist with photo/video editing and layout design.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva.
• Strong understanding of visual design principles, branding, layout, typography, and color.
• Ability to take feedback, revise quickly, and work under deadlines.
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage time effectively.
• Recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a related field.
