Manager, Real Estate Development at Fussball Club Cincinnati LLC (“FC Cincinnati”)

FC Cincinnati is seeking a Manager of Real Estate Development to join their team. This role will report to the Director of Real Estate Development and will be responsible for overseeing the management of real estate development and construction projects, including those for the Mercy Health Training Center, TQL Stadium, and West End Mixed-Use. The Manager will be involved in site selection, financial analysis, design, construction oversight, and project turnover.

The role involves:

• Site analysis, feasibility studies, and due diligence for new development projects.
• Coordinating with architects, engineers, and consultants to develop project designs.
• Managing general contractors and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.
• Acting as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Ensuring timely project turnover, including punch list management and final inspections.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate development, construction management, or a related field.
• 6-10 years of experience in real estate development, project management, or construction management.
• Experience managing large, complex development projects from site selection to turnover.
• Strong knowledge of land use, entitlement, zoning, and permitting processes.
• Proficiency in project management and construction software.
• Excellent financial analysis and budgeting skills.
• Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
