Software Engineering Manager - ME at RxSense

RxSense is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead a small team and contribute to the architecture and technical design of a core platform product. The Software Engineer Manager will be part of a cross-functional product engineering team, collaborating with engineers, designers, and product managers to scale RxSense's cloud-based web platform. This role requires leadership skills, technical expertise, and experience in microservices design and development.

The role involves:

• Leading a small team (offshore/onshore) and delegating work.
• Being a hands-on developer and individual contributor.
• Designing and architecting software for millions of users.
• Managing technical debt and ensuring code quality.
• Mentoring less experienced engineers.

Requirements:

• BS in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience managing a team both onshore/offshore.
• 10+ years of experience developing web applications in C#/.NET.
• 4+ years of experience in microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with front-end development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript/React).
• Proficiency with relational databases (MySQL or SQL Server).
• Experience working with AWS offerings.
