Technical Consultant / Solutions Consultant at Sertis

Sertis, a leading Data and AI company in Bangkok, is seeking a Technical Consultant / Solutions Consultant to bridge the gap between its commercial and technical teams. The Technical Architect - Presales will provide critical support during the presales process, offering expert technical insights and strategic guidance to ensure alignment between client needs and Sertis' technical capabilities. This role requires a blend of technical acumen, client-facing communication skills, and a consultative approach to ensure solutions are both innovative and achievable.

In this role, the candidate will:

• Meet clients/partners, providing technical advice.
• Represent technical teams, gather requirements, and ensure a well-defined scope.
• Assess feasibility and complexity, designing solution architecture.
• Support the development of technical proposals and contribute to consulting activities.
• Build close relationships with technical and commercial teams.
• Help define new standards to optimize the technical approach.

The ideal candidate should have:

• Hands-on experience in a software engineering role.
• Good understanding of modern cloud platforms.
• Broad understanding of key functions across the software development lifecycle.
• Knowledge of automation, design patterns, networking, scalability, etc.
• Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English.
• Experience engaging directly with clients.
• Business acumen and a practical understanding of commercial considerations.
