The role focuses on innovative marketing activities for B2C and B2B clients in the DACH region, specializing in FMCG and retail. The Senior Digital Strategist will work with brands like OTTO, bonprix, Rolf Benz and Avène.
Role Involves: - Developing strategic concepts and cross-channel communication experiences.
- Creating data-driven analyses and research.
- Developing insight- and data-driven creative briefs.
- Identifying innovative business areas, trends, and technologies.
- Leading strategic content on client projects.
- Designing and facilitating strategy and creative workshops.
- Ensuring on-brief creative quality.
- Collaborating with creation and performance teams.

- Staying updated with the latest trends in digital marketing.
- Experimenting with AI tools and technologies.

Requirements: - At least 5 years of experience in strategic planning with a creative agency.
- Expertise in B2C marketing, FMCG, and retail communication.
- Data-driven and user-centric way of thinking and working.
- Passion for conceptual ideas and the development of digital ecosystems.
- Proven track record of developing effective brand and communication strategies.
- Digital-first strategic thinking.
- Experience with AI tools and technologies in a marketing context.
